Speaking

Technology starts the change. People decide what happens next.

Helping organizations anticipate the human consequences of technological change, enabling leaders to make better decisions before unintended behaviors become business problems.

We spend enormous energy preparing for what a new technology, policy, or organizational structure is designed to do.

Most change initiatives fixate on implementation. Far less attention is paid to what people will do in response.

That’s where the real change begins.

People adapt. They improvise. They create new expectations. They change the rules.

Sometimes they solve problems nobody anticipated. Sometimes they create entirely new ones.

Whether I’m speaking to executives, managers, or technical teams, my goal is the same: helping leaders anticipate how people adapt so they can make better decisions before unintended behaviors become business problems.

How human behavior transforms new technology into lasting organizational change.
  • The World Doesn’t Change the Way We Think It Does.
Why the most important consequences emerge only after people begin to adapt.
  • Leading Through Change.
The best leaders don’t have all the answers. They have the humility to ask the right questions, the empathy to hear the answers, and the judgment to act.
